3DIEMME Courses: if You wish to cancel participation in a 3DIEMME course booked through the Site, please note that the registration fee will be refunded in full only in case of cancellation in writing 7 (seven) days before the start of the course. The registration fee will not be refunded if you cancel your participation 6 (six) days before the course starts, or if You don't attend the course (You don't show up). The registration fee for canceled courses is not transferable. 3DIEMME reserves the right to cancel a course at any time, giving at least 2 weeks notice before the course starts. In this case You will receive a full refund of the registration fee. However, 3DIEMME will not be responsible for, and will not reimburse, any expenses You have already incurred in relation to the course (such as, for example, expenses for organizing the trip).
Courses of external organizational secretariats: the courses available through the Site and organized by external secretariats are provided by external operators independent of 3DIEMME. 3DIEMME therefore assumes no responsibility and does not provide any formal assurance in relation to these courses, for example regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided through the Site on these Courses. 3DIEMME adopts an ethical, proactive and professional approach to clinical-industrial relationships. Therefore, You are aware, and hereby agree, that certain transactions made on this Site may be disclosed by 3DIEMME to third parties based on applicable laws, rules or regulations.
Both You and 3DIEMME can terminate your access to the Site and your Account at any time, with or without reason, with or without notice. All orders placed before 12.00 (Central European time zone) will be sent for shipment the same day, unless the product is unavailable, and with the exception of customized products (surgical guides). Orders placed after 12.00 start the day following the day of transmission.
All shipments are subject to the application of transport costs. For some Italian locations it is possible to take advantage of the special service with delivery by 9.00 or by 12.00 on the day following the departure of the goods. Every effort will be made to supply the ordered Product within the required time frame, however any delivery date communicated is only indicative and is not guaranteed.
In the event of unpaid invoices, 3DIEMME reserves the right to suspend the fulfillment of orders and / or to fulfill the supplies with an advance payment method, not guaranteeing standard delivery times.
When you place an order for the purchase of a product, the order represents for us the confirmation of the purchase of a product. The order is accepted by 3DIEMME when the written confirmation of the order is sent by e-mail or when 3DIEMME ships the product. Any products of the same order that 3DIEMME has not confirmed in writing or has not shipped are not part of the contract between you and 3DIEMME.
The shipment is made by standard or express courier (selected by 3DIEMME), with costs charged to the customer.
The product will be sent with protective packaging, in order to avoid damage during transport.
3DIEMME will not be responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the Customer. In the event of non-delivery for reasons attributable to the Customer, the return will be made at the latter's expense.
3DIEMME products are CE and FDA certified medical devices, therefore they may not be available in countries that require certification processes other than those required by the certificates themselves.
Upon delivery of the products to the Customer by the carrier responsible for their transport, the Customer must check, in the presence of the carrier, that the packaging used for transport is intact, not damaged, moistened or otherwise altered, even only in the materials of packaging. Any anomalies must be immediately reported to the carrier by accepting the delivery with reserve. The Customer must then check that the quantity and type of products ordered correspond to what is indicated in the transport document; any discrepancies must be immediately reported via email to 3DIEMME segreteria@3diemme.it
Complaints about delivered products will not be accepted after 48 hours from receipt of the same.

The times indicated do not include the shipping service and are to be calculated from the date of the order confirmation that 3DIEMME sends to the Customer or from the date of receipt of the final RealGUIDE™ project.
For orders placed after 12:00 (the delivery date of the courier/mail server will prevail), the 1st working day is to be considered the one following the order date.
3DIEMME undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any changes in delivery times.
3DIEMME offers you the possibility to return Products purchased from 3DIEMME according to the terms and conditions set out in this Return Procedure:
This Return Procedure sets out in full the conditions regarding the return and exchange of Products and replaces all previous agreements and stipulations relating to the return and exchange of Products.
All warranties provided under this Warranty Program are limited to replacement of the failed product and add-ons within one year from the date of purchase. In particular 3DIEMME will not reimburse the Treatment Provider or the patient for any additional components, tools, treatment costs or other costs and charges arising from or related to the replacement of the failed product.
This Warranty Program does not apply to products custom made or modified at the request of the Treatment Provider.
For any complaints under this Warranty Program, a signed, stamped and complete complaint questionnaire must be sent to 3DIEMME, accompanied by the defective product and any other components placed by the dentist within 7 (seven) days of using the product. Before sending the product and the other components used in the treatment, please sterilize them.
For RealGUIDE™ products, complaints must specify the original filename (s) and the appropriate complaint code (s).
You assume all risks and responsibilities arising from the use of the Products, whether they are used independently or used in combination with other products not made by 3DIEMME. Under no circumstances will 3DIEMME be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Under no circumstances will 3DIEMME be liable for damages of any nature deriving from the use of its products. 3DIEMME strongly recommends attending and completing a recognized postgraduate guided surgery course, and to strictly adhere to the procedures described in the instruction manuals published by 3DIEMME and in the instructions for use. Neither the Products nor any information made available by 3DIEMME are intended to replace the services of a licensed professional healthcare practitioner, or to replace the medical advice of treatment providers.

A regular electronic invoice will be issued for each order; For this purpose, please provide complete billing information when placing the order (electronic invoicing code included). A courtesy copy of the same will also be sent via email, in pdf format.
It will be the customer's responsibility to print and keep the invoice for all the necessary legal obligations, as required by Presidential Decree 633/72 (and subsequent amendments) and by the resolution of the Italian Ministry of Finance PROT. 450217 of 30 July 1990.
